I eat oatmeal a few times a week for breakfast — not usually steel cut (takes too long to cook on dash-out-the-door mornings) but what a fab idea to add zucchini! Glad you had a great time at FBC, such a lovely weekend!

I absolutely love this recipe… oatmeal is one of my go-to breakfasts once it starts to get cooler, and I love how you’ve added an extra boost of nutritional goodness. Definitely the kind of thing to get you back on your feet after a nasty cold.
