I can relate to surviving off of convenience food while in school! I think I ate peanut butter and honey sandwiches everyday when I was in College. haha, I somehow still like them! Mine has celery instead of peas (that’s the way I learned to make it), but I am totally in agreement with you about the importance of using the right kind of rice…. Calrose FTW!
